CNC Profiling & Lumsden Grinding

Using our multi-head Oxy-Propane machine we can cut parts up to 3000 x 2000mm in size. We stock S275 and S355 grade plate in a full range of thicknesses up to 140mm. We also supply profiles in grades such as EN8, S690 QL1 and Hardox. Using the latest version of CNC cutting software we are able to create the geometry of virtually any shape required and nest that part into the plate. We are able to profile from drawings and sketches, sample parts and templates, as well as having the facility to take most CAD drawing files. Our system allows us to not only provide competitive prices on volume work, but also to offer a fast turnaround on 1 off and low quantity orders, with customers often able to collect parts same or next day when needed.

Our Lumsden Grinder has a maximum capacity of 1340mm overall plate size, plates can be ground to acheive an overall thickness, or simply to clean up - giving a machined finish. We will happily grind Free Issue parts, whether they are plates, castings or fabricated parts.
